tayaplus Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tayaplus platform, including the website at tayaplus.vip and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tayaplus ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the tayaplus login page, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tayaplus Platform and close your account.

To open and maintain a tayaplus account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations for all online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion program administered by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of tayaplus, or any of its affiliated companies, software suppliers, or partners.

tayaplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, pending investigation. Any funds in breach accounts are subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

Each individual player may hold only one (1) tayaplus account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and potential closure of all associated accounts, with winnings voided.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, tayaplus is required to verify the identity of all players before permitting withdrawals or at the point where cumulative deposits exceed applicable PAGCOR thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Selfie photo with your ID upon request

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tayaplus login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tayaplus will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately at [email protected].

All transactions on the tayaplus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tayaplus supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and Maya. Different minimums may apply to bank transfers and cryptocurrency. Deposits are credited to your tayaplus account after confirmation from the payment provider. tayaplus does not accept third-party deposits — the payment source must belong to the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request. tayaplus targets the following processing timelines, subject to KYC completion and security checks:

• GCash / Maya: Within 15 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank transfer: Same business day for requests before 8:00 PM PHT
• USDT TRC20: Within 5 minutes on confirmation

tayaplus reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds under PAGCOR guidelines.

4.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a deposit through your bank or payment provider while maintaining a tayaplus account balance or active bonus constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

tayaplus may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all tayaplus bonuses:

• Bonuses are for eligible players only and may not be transferred between accounts
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• tayaplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Abuse of bonus programs — including multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting mathematical loopholes — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits for each promotion are published on the tayaplus promotions page and supersede these general conditions where they conflict.

All games available on the tayaplus Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across all tayaplus games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited in accordance with PAGCOR technical standards
• It is the Player's responsibility to ensure their device and internet connection are stable before placing real-money wagers. tayaplus is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections during gameplay
• In the event of a technical malfunction, tayaplus reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers to the player's account balance
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed in the game interface
• tayaplus does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed, updated, or temporarily suspended for maintenance

For live dealer games, the dealer's decision — as supported by the studio feed recording — is final in the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a hand or round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tayaplus Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund a tayaplus account
• Attempting to launder money or proceeds of criminal activity through the tayaplus Platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to obtain funds not legitimately won through normal gameplay
• Impersonating another player or tayaplus staff member
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward tayaplus staff or other players via any communication channel

tayaplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Platform. All real-money gaming on tayaplus is restricted to players aged 21 years and above, as mandated by PAGCOR.

Every tayaplus account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available 24/7 in Account Settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits
• Wager limits — maximum bet size per session or per day
• Loss limits — maximum allowable net loss over a defined period
• Session time reminders — notifications after a defined period of continuous play
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term suspension of account access

Players who self-exclude from tayaplus will be removed from all marketing communications and will be refused re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is reported to PAGCOR's responsible gaming registry where required by regulation.

All content on the tayaplus Platform — including but not limited to the tayaplus brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is owned by or licensed to tayaplus and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the tayaplus Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayaplus's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

tayaplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

tayaplus does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tayaplus is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, power failures, force majeure events, or acts of government.

tayaplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering a tayaplus account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tayaplus will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other competent Philippine authorities where required by law or regulatory obligation.

tayaplus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the tayaplus Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the tayaplus Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the tayaplus Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine dispute resolution procedures. Players who believe tayaplus has acted in breach of its PAGCOR license conditions may also submit a formal complaint directly to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
